As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our patients and residents in their homes or in our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients and residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients and residents
• Monitoring and reporting changes in their condition to our healthcare team
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients and residents
