You’ll work alongside licensed clinicians and a multidisciplinary treatment team while gaining valuable, hands‑on experience in behavioral healthcare.

Work alongside licensed clinicians and support group, individual, and family treatment services.

As a Mental Health Associate, you’ll help keep the treatment environment safe, structured, and therapeutic by:

• Supporting and monitoring clients throughout the treatment day
• Assisting with group and psycho educational sessions
• Supervising breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities
• Supporting the team during behavioral health or crisis situations
• Assisting with urine screenings and related documentation
• Completing routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks
• Communicating client concerns and observations to the treatment team
• Building professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries
• Using trauma‑informed and culturally responsive approaches
• Participating in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education
• Providing transportation support when assigned

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to drive a company van
