• Must be RBT Certified, OR

• Have 3 years of ABA experience and have completed the 40-hour RBT course.

As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional ABA services that help individuals with Autism reach their highest potential. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while receiving ongoing clinical support and opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism.

• Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors.

• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.

• Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.

• Coordinate care with the client's team members.

• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members.

• Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.

• After school

• Evenings as needed

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed
