• Hands-On ADL Support - Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility - always protecting dignity.
• Home Environment & Infection Control - Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring - Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.

• Accurate Documentation - Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
• Valid driver's license and or reliable transportation to reach clients' homes.
