What You'll Do:

As a Hospice Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients by:

• Providing personal care and assistance according to the care plan
• Supporting patients with mobility and daily living activities
• Offering companionship, comfort, and compassionate care
• Building trusting relationships with patients and their loved ones
• Communicating effectively with families and the care team
• Completing required documentation accurately and timely
• Following safety and infection prevention guidelines to ensure quality care

What You'll Bring:

• Home Health Aide certification required
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Carand a valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demand:
Working indoors with client/customer contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches, electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker, wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $16.00 to USD $24.00.
