Responsibilities:- Implement evidence-based ABA programs

Work one-on-one with clients to develop and implement personalized ABA plans, focusing on skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Communicate effectively with BCBA therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of services and teamwork. - Capture and record data

Accurately collect and maintain accurate client data, using observation and recording techniques to track progress and inform treatment decisions. - Provide support and guidance

Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting confidence and independence. - Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and peer support groups to stay updated on best practices and enhance your skills.
