Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Seeking a Male CHHA for patient in Rochelle Park, NJ

We are looking for a compassionate Male Certified Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in our patients home in accordance with an established care plan for our male patient located in Rochelle Park, NJ.

Hours for this role will be Saturday & Sundays 8:30am-12:30pm

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

• Proven working experience as home health aide
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English Required
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to travel to Hoboken
