LTC Scripts is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Long Valley, NJ serving assisted living, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and other healthcare facilities throughout New Jersey.
We are hiring two full-time Pharmacy Packaging / Filler Associates to join our production team immediately.
This is an entry-level pharmacy production position. Extensive pharmacy experience is not required. We are looking for dependable, careful, hardworking individuals who can learn quickly, follow instructions, and pay close attention to detail.
The primary responsibility is preparing medications from stock bottles into unit-dose packaging, including foil and bingo-card packaging, while following pharmacy procedures and quality-control standards.
Responsibilities include:- Fill and package medications into bingo cards and other unit-dose packaging
- Accurately match medications, labels, and packaging
- Follow established pharmacy workflow and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory, stocking, labeling, and general production tasks
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members
- Help with other pharmacy production duties as needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to perform repetitive work carefully and accurately
- Good organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work as part of a team
- Willing and able to learn quickly
- Comfortable standing and working in a production environment
- Flexible with scheduling when pharmacy workload requires it
Pharmacy experience is helpful but not required. Previous experience as a pharmacy clerk, pharmacy cashier, stock associate, medical office employee, healthcare worker, warehouse associate, production worker, or similar role may be a good fit.
We will train the right person.
Schedule:Full-time. Some flexibility in hours is required based on pharmacy workload.
