Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate Drug and Alcohol IOP Counselor with a CADC certification to join our team. As an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Counselor, you will provide counseling and support to individuals in our outpatient program, focusing on substance use disorders. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead group and individual therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential
  • Experience working with individuals dealing with substance use disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions emphasizing coping strategies, relapse prevention, and self-care techniques
  • Deliver individual counseling sessions to address clients' specific goals and challenges
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches
  • Maintain precise and confidential client records in adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
Schedule:

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend sessions for IOP clients. The schedule may vary based on program requirements and client engagement.
