Behavior Technician - Per Diem
Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team.
About the Role:As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our team of BCBA clinicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Our approach focuses on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Collect data and document client progress
Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
Communicate with families and supervisors effectively
Per diem work with flexible scheduling
Opportunities to work close to home in New Jersey
Hands-on training and supportive supervision
A small, collaborative team where your contributions matter
BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$38/hour

High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
RBT certification a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Ability to pass background checks
