As an Activity Aide
, you will help create meaningful experiences for our residents while gaining valuable healthcare experience. This position also provides the opportunity to complete a FREE CNA training program through Monmouth Vocational School

Implement scheduled activity programs and assist residents as needed
Monitor resident behavior during activities and events and communicate concerns to the nursing team as needed
Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars
Assist with preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility
Use computer systems to assist with activity-related responsibilities
Support a positive, engaging, and welcoming environment for residents
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Activities and Administrator
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
Computer knowledge
Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with seniors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete the CNA training program through Monmouth Vocational School
