Outpatient Mental Health Therapist LAC LSW

Immediate opening for a part time, outpatient therapist providing mental health services in an office setting located in Tuckerton, including individual, group, and family therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Conduct Assessments:
  Evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide Therapy:
  Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop Treatment Plans:
  Create and update treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
• Maintain Records:
  Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments.
• Collaborate:
  Work with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to coordinate care.
• Crisis Intervention:
  Provide support and intervention during mental health crises.
• Psychoeducation:
  Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Supervision:
  Participate in regular supervision and case consultation.
• Documentation:
  Complete all required documentation, including activity logs, progress notes, and intake paperwork.
• Teamwork:
  Work effectively as part of a team, including staff and families.
• Confidentiality:
  Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Professional Development:
  Stay updated with current best practices in therapy and mental health care.
