Role:
Director, SI&S Community Impact & Patient Reach at Novartis, leading strategies to improve health outcomes for underrepresented populations through data-driven insights and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:- develop and implement models to expand reach
- identify barriers via community insights and evidence
- build enterprise tools and frameworks for impact measurement
- foster cross-sector collaboration to drive sustainable community health initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare, or related field
- 10+ years in public health, social impact, or health equity
- deep understanding of health disparities, social determinants, and patient access barriers
- proven experience with data analysis, strategy development, and scaling community programs
- advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, PhD)
- experience with multi-stakeholder coalitions
- impact evaluation
