In the role of Facchino/a at Night Shift, you will be a fundamental figure in ensuring order, efficiency, and continuity of service during night hours, contributing to preserving the high standards of excellence of the facility.

Working in close collaboration with the Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for the tidying and preparation of floor areas and operational spaces, the management and movement of linen and service materials, ensuring that environments, corridors, and common areas are always well-maintained and ready for the next day's activities.

You will join a professional and attentive team, performing your role with discretion, precision, and a sense of responsibility, contributing to offering our guests an impeccable experience, even during night hours.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Supporting the room attendants in daily operational activities
• Transport and management of clean and dirty linen, amenities, and service materials
• Tidy up and cleaning of corridors, common areas of the floors, office
• Prompt reporting of malfunctions, anomalies, or maintenance needs
• Collaboration in compliance with safety procedures and guest privacy
