Ōme Caterers is currently seeking a Server to join our on‑call team. The ideal candidate will have solid banquet and event experience with a passion for hospitality and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

• Inspire memorable hospitality: create meaningful, memorable experiences for our guests, while fostering a culture where hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
• Stay guest‑focused: work closely with your event team to stay connected to guest feedback and seek out every opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
• Partner with the event team: collaborate with the captain and additional service members to execute a flawless event; ensure proper table settings for both guests and food and coordinate with the back‑of‑house team.
• Balance operational excellence: follow the BEO and run of show as outlined, ensuring adherence to steps of service guidelines.

• 1+ years of leadership experience in restaurants and hospitality, with a strong understanding of event operations.
• 1+ years of experience as a server in a banquet setting, with a passion for great service and a strong hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and staying organized.
• Warm, inviting personality with a commitment to making guests feel at home and delivering industry‑leading hospitality.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a keen attention to detail and understanding of proper steps of service.
• Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Must have reliable transportation, as this position requires travel to various event venues throughout the region.

• Drivers license a plus with opportunity for additional event pay.
• Travel stipend provided for events located more than 30 miles from the employee's home base.
• Hourly wage $30.00.
