Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Front Desk role located in North Wildwood, NJ. The front desk team member will greet and check in guests, manage reservations, process payments, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, handling basic administrative and receptionist duties, and resolving guest concerns in a professional manner.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the hotel’s computer systems, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring the front desk area remains organized and presentable. Candidates should be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Solid Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills for managing calls, check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries.
  • Computer Literacy skills to operate reservation systems, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior front desk, hospitality, or customer‑facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
