Who we are - By Landmark is a leader in hospitality, owning and operating some of the region's most iconic venues such as Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House, the Ryland Inn, Farmhouse, and Felina in New Jersey, and Hotel Du Village, the Logan Inn, and Cascade Lodge in Pennsylvania. • Meet with couples and clients, listen closely, and gather every detail that makes their day theirs.
• Show off our spaces so beautifully that guests can already picture themselves in them.
• Design and produce the event start to finish (the vision, the timeline, the thousand little touches)
• Keep clients in the loop and at ease, anticipating needs before they're spoken.
• Research, quote, and close with both confidence and care.
• Partner with our vendors and lead the event team so the day runs like clockwork.
• Be the steady hand on the day itself, keeping everything seamless and on time.
• Follow up warmly after every appointment and every event.
• Roll with changes, guest wishes, and the happy chaos of a great celebration.

• 5+ years of event sales experience in upscale, fine-dining event spaces is preferred
• A real passion for hospitality and the art of the event.
• Comfortable with event software (Tripleseat is a big plus) and MS Office.
• Warm, polished, and personable, a presence that puts people instantly at ease.
• Sharp time management, excellent communication, and a gift for building relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple events at once, independently, and keep every detail on track.
• A strong work ethic, a client-first approach, and grace under pressure.
• Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays — Wednesday through Sunday availability is a must (it's where the magic happens).
• Experience with brides and corporate clients
