The Valet Attendant is a full-time, on-site role located in Whitehouse Station, NJ. In this position, the attendant greets guests upon arrival, provides courteous assistance, and safely parks and retrieves vehicles in an efficient and organized manner. Day-to-day tasks include managing vehicle flow, keeping keys and parking tickets secure, and maintaining clear communication with guests and team members. The role also involves handling cash or payment transactions when required, supporting basic record-keeping, and following company safety and service protocols.
Valet Attendants are expected to present a professional appearance, deliver consistent hospitality, and help ensure a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Candidates should possess strong valet parking skills, including safe driving, parking, and vehicle handling.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact courteously and clearly with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess cash handling skills for processing payments accurately and securely when needed.
- Candidates should possess training experience or willingness to learn and follow established valet procedures and safety guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
- Previous valet, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
