We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join one of our fastest growing clients located in Rochelle Park, NJ. This role, within the beauty industry requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across all areas of HR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, while also managing day‑to‑day operations with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR matters, aligning people strategies with business objectives
- Translate strategic goals into actionable HR plans and deliver measurable outcomes
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee documentation and update HR handbooks
- Evaluate and enhance HR programs and policies for compliance and effectiveness
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and attract top talent
- Collaborate with corporate HR to implement and improve training programs
- Coordinate with third‑party providers to deliver targeted learning solutions
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics and KPIs
- Use data insights to support workforce planning and performance improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of HR Generalist experience with demonstrated strategic impact
- Proven ability to balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech‑savvy; experience with ADP, Microsoft Office, Fleet Management Systems, and Health Insurance Systems
- Self‑starter with a proactive mindset
- Onsite role with flexibility for some hybrid work
The salary range for this role is $80‑115K. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and holidays.
