Human Resources Business Partner

Location:

Morristown, NJ

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join one of our fastest growing clients located in Rochelle Park, NJ. This role, within the beauty industry requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across all areas of HR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, while also managing day‑to‑day operations with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR matters, aligning people strategies with business objectives
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable HR plans and deliver measurable outcomes
HR Administration & Operations
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee documentation and update HR handbooks
  • Evaluate and enhance HR programs and policies for compliance and effectiveness
Recruitment
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and attract top talent
Training & Development
  • Collaborate with corporate HR to implement and improve training programs
  • Coordinate with third‑party providers to deliver targeted learning solutions
HR Analytics
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics and KPIs
  • Use data insights to support workforce planning and performance improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of HR Generalist experience with demonstrated strategic impact
  • Proven ability to balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech‑savvy; experience with ADP, Microsoft Office, Fleet Management Systems, and Health Insurance Systems
  • Self‑starter with a proactive mindset
  • Onsite role with flexibility for some hybrid work
Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $80‑115K. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and holidays.
