, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders, managers, and employees, delivering consistent and effective HR partnership across the business. This role focuses on talent strategy execution, employee engagement, change management, and workforce effectiveness while aligning HR solutions to business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert and strategic partner to managers, directors, and business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters across employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, and change management
- Execute talent and engagement strategies to support business unit objectives, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience
- Perform needs analysis to identify gaps in compensation, recruiting, talent development, and change management; collaborate with senior HR leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver tailored solutions
- Facilitate difficult conversations, resolve escalated conflicts, build consensus, and settle disputes related to HR policies and practices
- Coach managers and directors on HR and business-related issues, proactively implementing solutions that align with HR strategy
- Interpret HR data and metrics, analyze root causes of work environment issues, make data-driven recommendations, and present insights to support organizational culture and strategy
- Implement programs, policies, and interventions to drive employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and a high-performing culture
- Apply change management techniques, interpret and enforce policies/compliance requirements, and mitigate organizational risk
- Maintain broad knowledge of the business, labor market trends, and HR best practices to inform decisions and drive key business results
- Support consistent delivery of HR services across the operating entity while partnering with stakeholders at all levels
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited university required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive human resources experience required, including supporting multiple functions and interacting with COEs and business leaders
- Previous demonstrated HR expertise at Manager or HRBP level preferred
- Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation, and project management skills
- Proven business acumen and analytical ability with a track record of building relationships and influencing diverse groups
- Demonstrated ability to implement and execute HR initiatives effectively
- Capability to interact confidently with individuals at all organizational levels
- Skilled in navigating change processes in complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution, situational assessment, and objective evaluation skills
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, handle multiple priorities, and communicate complex issues clearly

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like qualifications, performance, and market conditions taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $ - $ annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis.
