Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Clementon, NJ. The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and training programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and providing administrative support to the HR department. The role involves regular communication with employees and managers to address inquiries and assist with HR-related tasks.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and practices, including HR policies and HR management
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees and supporting HR initiatives
- Experience in coordinating training programs and assisting with employee development
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with office software, HR systems, and record-keeping practices
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an asset
