Location: Rochelle Park
A multi-site healthcare organization in Rochelle Park seeks a Talent & HR Operations Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and manage HR operations. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant bachelor's degree and have 2-4 years of healthcare recruitment experience. Responsibilities include managing hiring processes, onboarding logistics, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The position also requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
