HR Coordinator (SAP HR) – Contract

  • Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
  • $29/hour
  • Contract through 2026 (likely to extend)
About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator with strong SAP HR experience to support a fast-paced HR operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about delivering accurate and efficient HR support across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform high-volume data entry and maintenance in SAP HR, including Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Ensure employee records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support, responding to employee and manager inquiries
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and other employee lifecycle transactions
  • Audit and maintain HR data integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot HR-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to support daily operations
  • Use Slack and internal tools to manage requests and collaborate efficiently
  • Document processes and contribute to ongoing improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP HR (HCM), specifically OM and PA modules
  • Strong experience with HRIS systems, including data entry, maintenance, and auditing
  • Understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee records, compliance)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Slack or similar collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with HR reporting or analytics
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and compliance
  • Experience in a high-volume or shared services HR environment
