Contingent Labor Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Contingent Labor Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for tracking and managing non-employee labor resources across the globe, utilizing a variety of tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of contingent labor processes and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. The position is US-based and operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Track and monitor all contingent (non-employee) labor resources globally, ensuring accurate and timely collection and management of data using diverse tracking approaches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to contingent labor.
- Educate stakeholders on proper non-employee categorization and the rationale behind each classification to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Analyze labor data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices for contingent labor management across all regions.
- Assist in audits and ensure all documentation related to the contingent workforce is maintained accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive labor data at all times.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in contingent labor management or workforce tracking, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of contingent labor processes, compliance requirements, all non-employee labor categories (e.g., contingent workers, project-based resources, independent contractors) and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
