The Opportunity

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the operational infrastructure of the People & Culture function. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, compliance activities, reporting, benefits administration, and workforce operations to ensure efficient and employee-focused experience.

This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented HR professional seeking to build broad experience across recruiting, HR operations, workforce analytics, and people process in a rapidly growing organization.

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer administration, and onboarding logistics.
  • Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee transitions.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, organizational charts, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment activities, employee inquiries, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with workforce reporting, HR metrics, headcount tracking, and workforce analytics.
  • Coordinate HR compliance activities, audits, policy acknowledgements, and required documentation.
  • Support payroll administration processes and employee data changes.
  • Assist with HR communications, employee programs, and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, managers, and employees to support hiring and onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and HR vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR processes, programs, and policies.
  • Escalate employee concerns and compliance risks appropriately.
Quality, Process & Governance
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting, and employee experience.
  • Support HRIS optimization and process standardization efforts.
  • Partner with the Director, Talent Management & Employee Experience to align workforce planning and talent strategy.
What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, or Administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting, benefits, HRIS, or employee administration preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred.
