Workday AI Talent Acquisition Engineer
Location:
Basking Ridge, NJ
Experienced Workday AI Talent Acquisition Engineer (to work with VZ HR Team)
Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition, Target Management, Learning, and Onboarding modules.
Candidate will combine deep technical Workday expertise with hands-on experience in AI-driven talent tools.
Lead integrations between Workday and third party platforms (ATS, HRIS, AI tools, and learning systems)
Some knowledge of Paradox (conversational recruiting AI) and Hired score (AI talent intelligence)
