Technical Labor Relations Specialist

Acciona in its Facility Service division is looking for a technical labor relations specialist in the Barcelona delegation.

Mission:

Ensure effective legal and labor management aligned with business objectives, supporting management and directors in decision-making through specialized advice.

The Technical Labor Relations Specialist acts as the company's representative before workers' representatives and trade union organizations, managing labor conflicts and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Functions:

1. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations applicable to the company.

2. Legal and labor advice, both to management and to different internal areas.

3. Management of disciplinary processes, including the processing of sanctions and dismissals, in coordination with internal legal advice.

4. Management of substantial modification of working conditions (SMWC) and transfers.

5. Interlocutor and negotiation with workers' representatives and trade union organizations.

6. Comprehensive management of labor inspections, including attention to summons, preparation of documentation, and representation of the company.

7. Assistance to conciliation events.

8. Management in the processes of union elections.

9. Resolution of labor and social conflicts in the different work centers, promoting dialogue and the achievement of agreements.

10. Supervision and control of compliance with working conditions, in matters of working hours, breaks, salaries, and other aspects regulated by labor regulations.

11. Support in the company's tendering processes in labor aspects.

12. Accompanying in the negotiation of agreements and collective bargaining.

13. Support to the legal team in the preparation of lawsuits.

Candidate requirements:

- University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or similar.

- Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position or company.

- Experience in negotiation with committees, RLTs, management of separations, ERTEs, etc.

- Advanced handling of office software.

- Desirable: experience in using the Aranzadi platform.

- Availability to travel within Catalonia, without overnight stays.
