Commtech Services Inc in Clinton, NJ is looking for an on-site Human Resources Coordinator / HR Generalist who is bilingual in English and Spanish. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS programs (ADP a plus). A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
