Location: Mountainside
Digital Color Concepts seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Mountainside, NJ facility, overseeing NJ and MA operations and aligning workforce strategy with business goals.
You will own talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance and culture, while coaching the HR Generalist and guiding onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
