Work Arrangement

This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead People Operations Delivery across the Americas, ensuring consistent execution of employee lifecycle services including onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, payroll inputs, leave administration, mobility, documentation, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
  • Translate Americas HR strategy into regional execution while balancing standardization with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the senior Americas regional advisor on HR operations, governance, and service delivery.
  • Establish service standards, KPIs, SLAs, governance forums, escalation processes, and continuous service improvement practices and ensure they are in alignment with Global Governance.
  • Drive operational excellence through process simplification, automation, digital enablement, knowledge management, self-service, and case management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal controls, audit requirements, SOX, data privacy, and company policies while proactively managing operational risk.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT, Facilities, Communications, Procurement, HR Business Partners, HR Operations leaders and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Represent the Americas for regional site operations planning, including workplace experience, employee engagement initiatives, workplace safety coordination, and site readiness activities.
  • Provides regional expertise and oversight for Employee Matters within the established global framework.
  • Lead, coach, and develop People Operations team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent People Operations Delivery in regional and Americas transformation initiatives, organizational change efforts, and operating model evolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, or People Operations at a regional level with a preference for expertise in the Americas.
  • 7+ years leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience driving HR transformation, process improvement, service delivery excellence, and operational governance in a matrixed organization.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci or similar certifications preferred.
