What is the Opportunity? The HR Administrator provides administrative support across a variety of human resources functions, including employee lifecycle administration, HR systems transactions, record maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, and coordination with internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring employee records are maintained accurately, supporting HR processes, and providing timely assistance to employees, managers, and HR teams. The position focuses on delivering quality HR support, maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do Here:
- Process employee transactions in Success Factors, including new hires, rehires, transfers, job changes, terminations, and employee updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed.
- Conduct I-9 employment eligibility verification processes and maintain compliance with documentation requirements.
- Initiate and coordinate equipment orders (e.g., laptops, phones, system access) for incoming employees and transfers.
- Assist employees and managers with routine HR administrative requests.
- Review employee information for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
