Taco Bell - - Responsibilities:
Resolve HR-related issues including employee relations, employee complaints, performance management, recruiting/workforce planning, career development, and salary planning;
Keep the Employee Handbook updated with compliance;
Travel to our locations if needed;
Administration of benefit plans such as group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, workers' compensation, life insurance, retirement plans, medical leaves, etc.;
Assist in posting and recruiting for new job openings;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices or regulations
