Pay Rate: $77,000/yr
Looking to grow your HR career? We're hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations!
Job Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
- Support employee relations and answer HR questions
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Partner with managers to meet hiring needs
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks
Hours:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Recruiting experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems
