Benefits Manager

• Drive the U.S. benefits redesign agenda, helping shape competitive, employee-centered programs
• Lead key annual benefits moments, including Annual Enrollment, compliance activities, required filings, and other critical program milestones
• Create clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees understand, value, and make the most of their benefits
• Partner with vendors, Finance, HR, and local teams to ensure benefits programs are delivered smoothly, accurately, and with a strong employee experience
• Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian leave administration

• Experience in U.S. and Canada health and retirement benefit programs
• Strong skills in benefits communications, vendor partnership, compliance risk management, and strategic planning
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
