Job Summary

This is a dual role supporting Early Talent Recruitment and Talent Management program delivery for the U.S. Graduate Leadership Program. You will support Recruiters, Managers, and candidates throughout the recruiting cycle, onboarding, and work term. You will have the opportunity to work on numerous projects focused on attracting and developing talent, and work with a dynamic team of HR professionals. Your role and perspective as a coordinator on this team will help shape the experience for future cohorts of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide interview management and logistics support for recruiting students and new graduates; at times also conducting preliminary phone screens; provide a strong candidate experience from interview scheduling through to offer
  • Own key Early Talent and programming operational projects and processes
  • Manage and maintain organized project plan documents for both teams and multiple cohorts
  • Support offer letter creation and onboarding for all new hires
  • Support other recruitment projects and initiatives as required (i.e., Surveys, Associate & Intern Orientation, Campus events, programming, etc.)
  • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
