HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
American Spraytech, LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help strengthen the overall employee experience. This full-time, onsite role in Branchburg, NJ focuses on recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and rolling out HR policies and programs.
Role OverviewIn this position, you will manage a range of HR responsibilities, from recruiting and onboarding coordination to maintaining confidential employee records and supporting benefits and payroll coordination. You will also serve as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, assist with training and professional development initiatives, and help ensure employment and labor law compliance across federal, state, and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding support
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation in line with company policies and applicable legal requirements
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing coordination
- Act as a contact for employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations
- Coordinate employee training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company culture programs
- Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and timekeeping processes
- Manage workers’ compensation claims, including documentation and follow-up activities
- Prepare disciplinary notices, support corrective action procedures, and maintain related records
- Support compliance with employment and labor laws including FMLA and OSHA standards
- Contribute to sustainability and supplier responsibility initiatives, including Ecovadis assessments and reporting
- Coordinate and support social compliance audits and corrective action plans
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of HR experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP
- Experience with payroll or benefits administration
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ADP (ADP preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
