The Opportunity

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to sales and marketing leaders, translating business priorities into impactful people strategies. This role partners closely with leaders to strengthen leadership capability, support business transformation, enable growth, and foster a high performing, engaged culture.

As a trusted business partner, the HRBP helps leaders navigate organizational challenges, develop talent, improve team effectiveness, and implement workforce strategies that drive business results. Working collaboratively across HR Centers of Excellence, this role delivers practical, data-driven solutions that support both employees and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, workforce plans, and organizational priorities.
  • Coach and enable managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate employee challenges, drive accountability, and build high-performing teams.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives that reinforce LG's values and enhance the employee experience.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and business insights to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Advise leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace matters.
  • Lead succession planning, talent reviews, retention strategies, and leadership development efforts to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with the Compensation team on sales incentive plans, promotions, internal mobility, organizational changes, market competitiveness, and compensation recommendations.
  • Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable, business-focused programs and solutions.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience supporting sales, marketing, product, or other customer-facing organizations.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and addressing organizational challenges through talent, leadership, engagement, and workforce strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, business expansion, or transformation initiatives that drive automation and productivity effectiveness.
  • Experience coaching managers and senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and team performance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage workforce data and insights to influence decisions, solve business challenges, and manage risk.
  • Experience partnering with Compensation on sales incentive plans, promotions, organizational changes, internal mobility, and compensation recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certification and/or project management experience preferred.
  • In-office 5 days a week in our beautiful Englewood Cliffs location.

$115,000 — $160,000 USD
