As a Human Resources Director on our team, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family. In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, including a monthly weekend rotation
• Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental and paid time off (PTO)

• Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred
• Computer Knowledge

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
• Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
