Select Specialty Hospital - NE NJ in Rochelle Park is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager to help keep day-to-day hospital HR running smoothly. This role coordinates local HR operations while partnering with HR Shared Services for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and HR administration. • Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
• Partner with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
• Serve as a trusted, service-oriented resource for employees and leaders
• Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing
  , timekeeping, and data integrity
• Drive and support talent acquisition
  , including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
• Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
• Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
• Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture
• Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field required (commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of the degree with approval of Corporate HR)
• 2 years of Human Resources experience required
• Previous HR experience in a healthcare facility with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS preferred
• Expertise in benefit administration

Compensation: USD 70,000 - 95,000 per yearly.
