Curalta Foot + Ankle is hiring a Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Rochelle Park, NJ office (onsite). This role is built for a recruiter who enjoys shaping hiring outcomes and strengthening pipelines through thoughtful sourcing, consistent process management, and close collaboration with leaders. Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year

- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
. - Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
. - Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role requirements, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Manage the job posting and advertisement process.
- Screen applications and select or provide qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and support the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assist with interviews by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
. - Collaborate during the offer process to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates
, and related details. - Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
, as well as company policies for job postings and the recruiting process. - Attend and participate in job fairs and other recruiting sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
, required. - At least 5 years managing all phases of recruiting and hiring is highly preferred.
- SHRM-CP preferred
. - Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective negotiation approach.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies across a variety of roles.
- Proactive, independent mindset with initiative and follow-through.
- Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices for hiring and recruiting.
- Proficiency with applicant-tracking software and recruitment systems, or ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
