Earth Cam is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support the early stages of hiring for entry‑level roles. You will source candidates, conduct initial phone screens, maintain pipelines, coordinate interviews, and present qualified candidates for recruiter review.
The Junior Recruiter will work under close guidance from experienced recruiters and Talent Acquisition Management while developing the skills needed to manage recruiting responsibilities more independently across multiple requisitions.
