About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bilingual English / Spanish Digital Workplace & Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and solutions, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our 20,000+ end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management: Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of IT services, including desktop, laptop, and device support, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- ITIL Framework: Leverage ITIL best practices to drive process improvement, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Microsoft 365 Services: Provide expert support and management of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
- Azure: Demonstrate proficiency in Azure cloud technologies and their integration with on-premises environments.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- End User Support: Collaborate with support teams to address end‑user inquiries and issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they deliver services as contracted and meet performance expectations.
- Identity Access Management: Manage the identity access management tool, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on service delivery, addressing concerns, and driving alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery management, with a focus on digital workplace technologies.
- Proven expertise in ITIL framework and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure cloud technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Fluent Spanish and English are a must.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment supporting a large user base.
