Imaging Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Imaging Service Engineer on a contract basis to provide technical support and maintenance for imaging equipment across multiple locations nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and troubleshooting imaging devices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel extensively to client sites.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment including scanners, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all service activities.
• Collaborate with the technical team and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service operations.
• Travel nationally to client locations as required to deliver timely service.

• Proven experience as a service engineer or technician in the imaging or related technology field.
• Strong knowledge of imaging equipment, including hardware components and software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively on a national level.
• Relevant technical certifications or training in imaging technology is a plus.

This is a contract position requiring national travel to various client sites. The duration and terms of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.
