Salary: Up to $110,000 (flexible for a strong fit)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

About the RoleOur client, a fast-growing, technology-driven manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and ERP initiatives that support business objectives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology solutions across multiple concurrent projects.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, prior project management experience, and a background in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and ERP projects from initiation through closeout
- Manage multiple concurrent ERP branch implementations using Epicor Signature Implementation Methodology
- Oversee IT initiatives including software development, network infrastructure, cloud systems, and CRM/Salesforce enhancements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate resources, vendors, timelines, and dependencies across project teams
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
- Track progress, manage change requests, and ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ERP life cycles
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, SDLC, and cloud-based systems
- Experience managing vendors and contracts
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and change management capabilities
