This Agile Coach role exists to accelerate Agile and Dev Ops adoption across global IT teams and help move delivery from traditional waterfall to high-performing, value-driven Agile ways of working. You’ll influence teams, leaders, and programs to improve how work flows, how value is delivered, and how teams continuously improve  you thrive in complex, international environments and enjoy coaching beyond the team level, this role offers meaningful, visible impact.

• Competitive pay range of $140,000–$150,000

• Lead and support the transition from waterfall to Agile delivery models

• Coach delivery teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile values, principles, and best practices

• Support and guide teams using Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, LeSS, and SAFe

• Partner with PMO and program leadership on Agile planning, execution, and reporting

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Deliver Agile onboarding, training sessions, and workshops for teams and new hires

• Design and run interactive, ad-hoc training using Agile games and liberating structures

• Promote a Dev Ops culture
  , strengthening collaboration between development and operations teams

• Operate within a matrix reporting model, reporting locally while supporting the Agile Team Leader functionally

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Scrum and Kanban

• Practical Dev Ops experience in real delivery environments

• Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)

• Familiarity with Lean, XP, DAD
  , or related Agile methodologies

• 2+ years of Agile coaching experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• At least one recognized Agile certification

• 10+ years of experience delivering IT projects

• Experience supporting large, complex, and offshore teams

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience in the shipping or transportation industry

• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops

• Knowledge of design patterns

• Experience with
  TDD, BDD, and automated testing

• Occasional travel to Italy, India, and Switzerland
