Overview

Ux Designer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer.

Position Overview:

As a UX Designer for the Copilot product, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

• User Research:
  Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions.
• Wire framing and Prototyping:
  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Design Systems:
  Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the Copilot product.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Iterative Design:
  Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and business objectives.
• Accessibility:
  Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure that designs are inclusive and usable for all users.
• Stay Current:
  Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and apply this knowledge to enhance the Copilot product.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with experience in product design for software applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as accessibility standards.
