* Net Suite Administrator
* The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.

Seiko Watch of America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seiko Group Corporation, which was established in 1881. As one of the few true "manufacturers" that design, develop and produce all components of watches, including the hairspring of its mechanical movements, the company offers a series of collections available worldwide that incorporate traditional Japanese design combined with the very best of watchmaking technology in the Seiko, Grand Seiko and Credor brands.

We are seeking a Net Suite Administrator – Security & Compliance to support and enhance Seiko’s Oracle Net Suite ERP environment. This role is ideal for a mid-level Net Suite Administrator (3+ years) who is comfortable supporting financial systems, user access, and workflows, and who is looking to grow into deeper responsibility across security, compliance, and automation.

This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, and IT leadership to improve system efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The role provides increasing ownership over system configurations, integrations, and process improvement; it includes mentorship and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

This is a hybrid position and will require in-office attendance at our Upper Saddle River, NJ headquarters at least two days per week.

Pay: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

* Responsibilities:
* * Serve as a Net Suite Administrator supporting users across Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams.

* Configure and maintain Net Suite roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches to support business and financial processes.

* Support quarterly Net Suite upgrades by assisting with impact analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.

* Partner with Finance and Audit teams to support JSOX system controls, including user access governance, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.

* Monitor and troubleshoot system issues related to workflows, data accuracy, integrations, and user access.

* Support integrations with connected systems (Oracle WMS, middleware platforms such as Boomi or OIC), escalating complex issues as needed.

* Develop and maintain Suite Flow workflows and perform light Suite Script customizations to improve efficiency and automation.

* Assist with automation of core financial workflows, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.

* Collaborate with external vendors on more complex scripting or integration initiatives while handling routine system administration internally.

* Maintain accurate system documentation and provide training and support to end users.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including exploration of reporting enhancements and emerging automation or AI-driven capabilities.

* Requirements:
* * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.

* 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration or Net Suite-focused ERP experience.

* Experience supporting Finance or ERP environments with an understanding of accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory).

* Strong working knowledge of Net Suite features including Suite Builder, Suite Flow, Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards.

* Experience managing roles, permissions, and system security configurations.

* Familiarity with Suite Script 2.0 for small to medium customizations.

* Exposure to SOX or JSOX controls and financial system audits (direct ownership not required).

* Familiarity with EDI integrations and middleware platforms; hands-on support or coordination experience preferred.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. xrlwcon
