Overview
Position: Principal Programmer
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Remote
Salary: $95,000 to $105,000 per year

- Independently develop and/or QC any complexity SDTM, analysis datasets, tables, figures and listings, SDTM, analysis dataset programming specifications, and other programming supporting documents.
- Lead a statistical programming team to successful completion of a project within given timelines and budget.
- Monitor project resourcing, project budgets, and identify changes in scope.
- Interact independently with Sponsors with regard to statistical programming issues.
- Independently and/or lead a team to create standard tools to improve the efficiency of the department.
- Proactively participate in and/or lead process/quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and advice to the internal team.
- Learn new systems and functions in an evolving technical environment and provide the relevant trainings to the team.
- Bachelor degree or above in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, computer science
- At least 7 years SAS programming experience in clinical trial industry and experience in independently leading programming across phase I to late phase/submissions.
- Internal expert in SAS Base, SAS/Macros, SAS/Graph, SAS/Stat and reporting process SAS Base
- Solid knowledge of statistics and CDISC CDASH/SDTM/ADaM standards.
- Compliance in SOPs/WIs, ICH-GCP and any other applicable local and international regulations, guidelines and industry standards
