Location: Monmouth Junction

Sr. IT Analyst / Sr. IT Infrastructure Admin (L3)

Salary wise 80K base plus benefits or 45/hr on W2.

Location is Doylestown, PA

Roles and Responsibilities:

* At least 7+ years with administration of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, TCP/IP, and relevant technologies.

* Hands-on Experience in One Drive for Business, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).

* Knowledge and hands-on experience with Ring Central. (Recommended)

* Provision and de-provision access and permissions to resources in on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based environments.

* Administer, maintain and troubleshoot the domain controller footprint to ensure the overall health of the Directory.

* Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs a variety of operations, security, network, systems, and application deployment either hosted in the cloud or on-premise, service desk, and support functions of the Infrastructure Unit in the information technology division.

* Manages the day-to-day information technology operations; oversees the IT service desk and user support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the computer systems including applications, databases, servers, storage, desktops, networks, security, audio-visual and telecommunications, and all aspects of the IT infrastructure; and serves as a technical resource.

* Troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 issues pertaining to authentication and authorization as well as any other incidents that are escalated to our ITSM queue.

* Good Knowledge of SQL Server Administration (Preferred)

* Experience with Email Migration (Gsuit - Exchange online ) Preferred

* Good working knowledge of Ticketing system (ITSM Tools)

Desired Candidate Profile :

- * Exceptional customer service, organization, interpersonal, time-management, and written and verbal communication skills for project requirement gathering and Stakeholder engagement.

* Experience in creating and establishing SOP, policies & procedures.

* Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models.

* Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)

* Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams

* Hands-on experience on migration and consolidation projects.

* Having good experience in security, compliance (HIPPA, GDPR), and business associate agreement. (Preferred)

* MCSA, MCTS, MCITP, and ITIL Certifications (Recommended)
