About the OpportunityWe are seeking an Associate Analyst, Growth Strategy to support digital growth initiatives for leading entertainment and media brands across digital and social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of audience growth, content optimization, commerce, revenue analytics, and digital strategy, helping uncover actionable insights that drive engagement and business performance.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, and naturally curious—someone who enjoys connecting data points, identifying growth opportunities, and translating findings into compelling recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing- Analyze digital revenue performance and audience trends through recurring reporting, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, loyalty, and monetization.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams including commerce, product, content, performance marketing, and research to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Identify audience behaviors, content opportunities, market trends, and whitespace opportunities through data‑backed analysis.
- Track performance across digital and social platforms, uncovering actionable insights to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue efforts.
- Build clear, visually compelling reports and presentations that translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Support KPI tracking, attribution analysis, and performance visualization to ensure goals and benchmarks are achieved.
- Conduct SEO and content performance research to help inform editorial and growth strategies.
- Help improve reporting accuracy and efficiency by identifying data gaps, recurring pain points, and process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in digital publishing, media, affiliate marketing, audience analytics, commerce, or a related analytical role.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous questions into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, reporting, and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, Parse.ly, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO research, audience insights, digital performance metrics, or content optimization.
- Experience creating presentations, dashboards, or executive‑facing reports with clear storytelling and visual narratives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, marketing, research, product, and analytics teams.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
